We provide detailed topography surveys using the latest 3D software and generate accurate cut/fill quantities for our clients.

AES inspects and certifies new builds and existing houses for resale purpose.

We ensure all construction works comply with relevant building regulations and are insured to provide all necessary sign offs through all stages of construction.

AES provide a range of project management services across residential and commercial sectors.

Our team consist of experienced project managers that will ensure your project is completed on time and within budget.

AES provide PSDP services across the construction sector.

AES provide structural and geotechnical services to residential and commercial sectors.

We combine our extensive industry experience with the latest software to verify our designs and carry out onsite testing where necessary. 

Our team carry out site investigation works and supply detailed design solutions.

All of our designs are in accordance with the Eurocodes and Irish National Annex. 

AES provide a range of engineering and architecture reports to our clients. These range from:

• Pre and post purchase condition survey reports.
• Engineering feasibility studies for minor and large scale projects.
• Environmental engineering reporting.
• Infrastructure and condition reports for a range of government grants/schemes.
